In Ágnes’ experience, which we’re sure others will recognise, women have to make “greater efforts” to show their skills are worthy of recognition, and that they can hold their own as well as their male counterparts.
Despite this frustration, she believes hard work and enthusiasm can move mountains, and advises other women to use their empathic skills, feminine attitude and kindness to inspire confidence in others, excellent advice!
